Return Policy

OVERVIEW

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns. The only exceptions may include items damaged or lost in the mail.

For return exceptions, you must contact us about your lost or damaged order within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either damaged in shipping or have a manufacturer defect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LOST IN THE MAIL

We ship items via USPS and use tracking on most items. If we receive a claim that a product was lost in the mail then we will check the tracking. If the tracking number status says that the item was delivered successfully, please check your mailbox, front step, and/or check all around your property. If delivery confirmed, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please call USPS or shipping carrier to resolve.

However, if USPS loses the package, please let us know and we will take action to find it, and/or ship you a replacement!

LIMITED RUNS

We produce products in limited batches. If you receive a damaged item, or it is lost in the mail, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship you a replacement.

If the item is damaged in the mail, upon receiving the item back, we will re-ship you the same exact product OR a different product of your choice of equal value. If you prefer not to choice a different product of equal value we can issue you a refund instead.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales are final on sale items, and we cannot issue a refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged in the mail. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lisa@redhalftone.nyc and send your item to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them self to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
